The \"Fireglo\" red sunburst on this guitar is very nicely blended and it is a very attractive instrument. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eWhile not as iconic to the \"British invasion\" era as the company's semi-hollow 330-375 models, the solid-body 450 is a great-sounding and super sharp-looking guitar, with an utterly distinctive character.\u003cbr\u003e \u003cbr\u003eOverall length is 37 in. (94 cm.), 12 11\/16 in. (32.2 cm.) wide at lower bout, and 1 5\/8 in. (4.1 cm.) in depth, measured at side of rim. Scale length is 24 3\/4 in. (629 mm.). Width of nut is 1 5\/8 in. (41 mm.). \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe most splendid example we have ever had, with no repairs or alterations, and appearing little used since 1965 with only some very light wear. There are a few tiny dings to the fingerboard, headstock, and body edges, and that's about it. The Fireglo finish is still bright and unfaded, and the guitar is original down to the last screw. \u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe original frets show almost no wear, and the neck angle is excellent. Plays and sounds exactly as it should; a truly stellar classic mid-'60s Rick. Includes the original silver case in very solid condition with some wear to the leather ends.
