(100.3 cm.), 14 3/8 in. (36.5 cm.) wide at lower bout, and 4 7/16 in. (11.3 cm.) in depth at side, taken at the end block. Scale length is 24 3/4 in. (629 mm.). Width of nut is 1 11/16 in. (43 mm.).

This is a very nice first-year example of Gibson's all-mahogany learner's guitar from the end of the 1950s. Overall light wear; there is some typical general finish dings and checking with a few missing finish chips, but no major losses to the lacquer. The only visible repair is a sealed grain crack on the top, near the upper treble bout. The guitar appears to have had a bridge reglue, or perhaps just sloppy finish work to the top at the factory! An excellent player with a nice sweet sound, much better than the later plastic bridge versions from the 1960s. Comes complete with the original alligator chipboard SSC. Excellent - Condition.
//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0672/8702/3756/files/01_f59fb656-e3fa-48a7-9a16-2da0d96674c1.jpg?v=1774333262
