With the larger, flat bottomed body and X-braced top used throughout the 1930's but the older cremona brown sunburst and script \"The Gibson\" logo these 12-fret L-1's are a particularly attractive looking-and sounding-guitar.\u003cbr\u003e \u003cbr\u003eOverall length is 38 3\/4 in. (98.4 cm.), 14 7\/8 in. (37.8 cm.) wide at lower bout, and 4 5\/16 in. (11 cm.) in depth at side, taken at the end block. Scale length is 24 3\/4 in. (629 mm.). Width of nut is 1 3\/4 in. (44 mm.). Quite a bit of play wear but no major cracks or repairs except for a neckset and perfect repro bridge. Recent repro tuners (very close to the original Waverly style), the silver paint \"The Gibson\" logo is partially missing. A really fine sounding old Gibson flat top!
