These re-designed Tolex-covered amps were Fender's new line of the early 1960s, standing between the earlier rampaging tweed era and the louder or somewhat cleaner blackface amps that followed, with some of the tonal characteristics of both. The faceplate layout is simple, with two inputs, tone, volume, and trem speed and depth controls. This transformers are dated '61, the amp itself dates to early '62. As cool an amp as was ever made; simple and to many players in this less-loud age the perfect combination of tone and portability.

Height is 16 1/2 in. (41.9 cm.), 19 in. (48.3 cm.) width, and 9 1/4 in. (23.5 cm.) deep.

Just some light wear overall with a bit of cap work and a new 3-prong cord added. Newer tubes; the leather handle is more recent. All else appears original. Most of the tube chart is flaked away. Overall a super nice example of this perfectly-sized tone monster. Excellent - Condition.
//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0672/8702/3756/files/01_60d05aa3-76b7-4de3-bc4c-6b6f2b24f552.jpg?v=1774335206
