This moderately well-worn example has some staining and moderately heavy scuffing fraying to the tweed, but is still a great-looking and fantastic-sounding amp with a serious vibe. There is one deep gash into the top of the cabinet near the handle; all other wear is just cosmetic fraying to the tweed.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eThe speaker is original, although the sticker is missing; the tubes a mix (just a modern power tube). There is a new 3-prong cord added, and the leather handle is a repro. There has been some Filter cap work (originals included), but the rest of the circuit remains as Leo's workers made it. These late-'50s Champs have a bit more muscle and headroom than the earlier versions, retaining the singing distortion these are loved for when cranked. This one is a lovely-sounding example of this petite powerhouse, worn but not abused.
