All mahogany construction with high-grade nickel-plated hardware; headstock has inlaid celluloid "Bacon" script logo.

This was the least expensive instrument made by Bacon/B&D, but is still of much higher quality than most banjo-ukes.

Overall length is 22 1/16 in. (56 cm.), 8 in. (20.3 cm.) diameter head, and 2 1/2 in. (6.4 cm.) deep. Scale length is 14 in. (356 mm.).

Looks original except possibly the tailpiece, which is a period "Bell Brand". Some general finish wear, but overall very attractive. Some hooks and hardware are not perfectly matched but hardly noticeable.

Plays and sounds excellent. Period (original?) heavy chipboard case has an unfortunate overlay of duct tape, but is fully functional. Very Good + Condition.
//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0672/8702/3756/files/01_4751c5cc-1a49-48fd-93c3-ee4521d7e415.jpg?v=1774331407
