Gibson TU-1 Model Tenor Ukulele, c. 1929, made in Kalamazoo, Michigan, natural mahogany finish, mahogany body and neck, rosewood fingerboard, original black hard shell case.

Overall length is 24 3/4 in. (62.9 cm.), 9 1/8 in. (23.2 cm.) wide at lower bout, and 3 in. (7.6 cm.) in depth at side, taken at the end block. Scale length is 17 in. (432 mm.). Width of nut is 1 7/16 in. (36 mm.). Very nice overall; one crack repair with some touch-up and rubbed finish just under the treble side of the bridge and some finish polish-out on the back. A really fine playing and sounding Gibson uke, one of the nicest we have heard. Includes the original HSC in nice functional shape but with the top hinge broken. Generally Excellent Condition.
