Fender Stratocaster Model Solid Body Electric Guitar (1989), made in Japan, serial # J037518, Burgundy Mist finish, hardwood body, maple neck with rosewood fingerboard, black gig bag case.
Overall length is 39 in. (99.1 cm.), 13 in. (33 cm.) wide at lower bout, and 1 3/4 in. (4.4 cm.) in depth, measured at side of rim. Scale length is 25 1/2 in. (648 mm.). Width of nut is 1 5/8 in. (41 mm.).
This guitar shows light use for a 30 year old instrument, with some minor wear. The only really noticeable marks are one ding through the finish on the back of the neck behind the fourth fret, a dent by the lower strap button, and some dinks on the headstock edges. It is basically a pretty accurate 1960s Burgundy Mist re-issue with a matching headstock (rare in the '60s but not unknown) but wired with a 5-way switch. A great looking and sounding Japanese Strat from when Fender Japan was the best game in town. Excellent Condition.
