Gibson Firebird V Model Solid Body Electric Guitar (1990), made in Nashville, TN, serial # 91340722, sunburst lacquer finish, laminated mahogany body and neck, rosewood fingerboard, original brown tolex hard shell case.
Overall length is 45 in. (114.3 cm.), 13 1/2 in. (34.3 cm.) wide at lower bout, and 1 1/8 in. (2.9 cm.) in depth, measured at side of rim. Scale length is 24 3/4 in. (629 mm.). Width of nut is 1 11/16 in. (43 mm.).
This guitar appears very little played since new, really only some tiny handling marks keep this from a Near Mint rating. An excellent 1990 re-issue of the 1964 Firebird V, quite accurate except for the then-current substitution of a stop tailpiece for the original vibrato and the odd combination of a nickel-plated tailpiece and bridge with chrome pickups and tuners. An excellent-playing and sounding 'bird, complete and original in its very clean (and huge!) original brown tolex HSC. Excellent + Condition.
