Fender Stringmaster Tripleneck Model High Steel Electric Guitar (1956), made in Fullerton, California, serial # 00706, Blonde lacquer finish, ash bodies, original tweed hard shell case.

Overall length is 34 1/4 in. (87 cm.), 14 in. (35.6 cm.) width, and 1 7/8 in. (4.8 cm.) in depth, measured at side of rim. Scale length is 24 in. (610 mm.). Width of nut is 2 1/4 in. (57 mm.).

Very clean overall, with all original finish and hardware except for some old shielding paint added in the cavities (this is invisible from the outside). Two (of the 6) pickup coils have been rewound by the justly esteemed Tom Brantley, and the tone cap has been replaced. Externally shows only minor wear with some dings and dents mostly to the edges.

Sounds great. This is a superb example of one of Leo Fender's pride and joys, and a Western Swing machine par excellence. Includes the original tweed case (solid with some typical wear) and legs. Excellent Condition.
