Silvertone 1451 Model Tube Amplifier (1959), made in Chicago, serial # 185.100000, brown sparkle tolex and basketweave fabric finish.
This tiny 2-3 watt amp was the most basic unit offered in the Sears catalog, offered only in the company's Christmas 1959 "Wishbook" pared with the single-pickup 1450 Danelectro-made guitar at $57.90 for the set. Not a lot of power but a nice "snarly" little beast.
Height is 12 1/2 in. (31.8 cm.), 14 1/4 in. (36.2 cm.) width, and 7 1/4 in. (18.4 cm.) in depth at deepest point. Somewhat worn overall but intact and original except for a missing back panel. Sounds great! Overall Very Good + Condition.
