Gibson L-5 Model Arch Top Acoustic Guitar (1942), made in Kalamazoo, Michigan, serial # 96613, sunburst lacquer finish, maple back and sides, spruce top; maple neck with ebony fingerboard, original black hard shell case.
Overall length is 42 1/4 in. (107.3 cm.), 17 in. (43.2 cm.) wide at lower bout, and 3 1/4 in. (8.3 cm.) in depth, measured at side of rim. Scale length is 25 1/2 in. (648 mm.). Width of nut is 1 11/16 in. (43 mm.). All original except very nice repro pickguard and one tuner button, very nice overall with some general playwear and a few noticeable scratches to the top finish. An excellent player and a very sweet-sounding L-5. Excellent Condition.
