Fender Stratocaster Hardtail Model Solid Body Electric Guitar (1974), made in Fullerton, California, serial # 533417, natural finish, ash body, maple neck, period black hard shell case.
Overall length is 39 1/4 in. (99.7 cm.), 12 3/4 in. (32.4 cm.) wide at lower bout, and 1 3/4 in. (4.4 cm.) in depth, measured at side of rim. Scale length is 25 1/2 in. (648 mm.). Width of nut is 1 5/8 in. (41 mm.). A nice playing hardtail 70's Strat; refretted and fingerboard relacquered long ago, all else original. Untouched wiring, original 3-way switch, pots dated 43rd week of 1973 and pickups dated 1974. Some softening/loss to finish on the back only to the back, likely from interaction with a vinyl strap left in the case. Includes a period but slightly unusual Fender case without an accessory pocket, possibly an export model. Generally Excellent Condition.
