Fender Stratocaster Model Solid Body Electric Guitar (1975), made in Fullerton, California, serial # 657648, sunburst lacquer finish, ash body, rosewood fingerboard on maple neck, original black tolex hard shell case.

This Stratocaster was somebody's dream guitar once -- a double custom order, left-handed AND non-trem. The ash body is not as heavy as many from this period, making for a better-balanced guitar. The other features are typical 1975 era: three-bolt micro-tilt neck, bullet truss rod, flat-pole pickups, and cast bridge saddles. The lefty and hard-tail specs are an unusual combination of features, but do make this a rare guitar. If you've been craving this combo, here it is!
Overall length is 39 1/4 in. (99.7 cm.), 12 5/8 in. (32.1 cm.) wide at lower bout, and 1 3/4 in. (4.4 cm.) deep. Scale length is 25 1/2 in. (648 mm.). Width of nut is 1 5/8 in. (41 mm.).

Overall nice condition with some light average wear. The body has wear spots in the typical places (mostly on the edges) but the finish looks good with minimal fade or checking. The neck looks to have been refretted some time ago, and there is some fret wear but nothing too serious. There is some scuffing around the bridge base -- it looks like a different style of bridge was fitted at some point, but the guitar has been restored with an original Fender style bridgeplate and the correct cast saddles.

The original pickups are intact dated 1975; the switch is a 5-way and the pots look somewhat newer. All else appears original and ready to rock in the southpaw style! Housed in an original Fender case -- a right-handed one, though, where it appears to have been living a long time. Excellent - Condition.
