Epiphone Olympic Special Solid Body Electric Guitar (1968)

Epiphone Olympic Special Solid Body Electric Guitar (1968)

Epiphone Olympic Special Model Solid Body Electric Guitar (1968), made in Kalamazoo, Michigan, serial # 517722, cherry red lacquer finish, mahogany body and neck, rosewood fingerboard, grey chipboard case.

Overall length is 39 1/4 in. (99.7 cm.), 13 1/8 in. (33.3 cm.) wide at lower bout, and 1 1/4 in. (3.2 cm.) in depth, measured at side of rim. Scale length is 24 3/4 in. (629 mm.). Width of nut is 1 5/8 in. (41 mm.). Very nice overall; some minor case-rub wear to the edges with very light dings and chips to the finish overall. Nice, deep unfaded cherry finish, all original except the nut is replaced and some fretwork done in the lower positions. Plays very well, excellent neck angle-a nice example. Excellent Condition.
